الزراعة الذكية مناخيا ودورها في مواجهة تغيرات المناخ مع الإشارة إلى تجارب بعض الدول

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مختلف المفاهيم الخاصة بالزراعة الذكية، والتطرق إلى أهم التقنيات المستخدمة في مجال الزراعة الذكية لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة وضمان توفير الغذاء وتنوعه لكافة السكان، كما تم تسليط الضوء على علاقة كل من تغير المناخ والأمن الغذائي بالزراعة الذكية مناخيا، في حين تم عرض تجارب دولية في مجال تطبيق الزراعة الذكية مناخيا كتجربة دولة الإمارات المتحدة، أذربيجان وتجربة الكويت. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة أن الدول العربية لا تزال ضعيفة في مجال تطبيق الزراعة الذكية، إلا أن هناك بعض المحاولات من التجارب العربية تبقى غير كافية بالنظر إلى الحاجة إلى هذه الأساليب الذكية في مجال الزراعة This study aims to identify the various concepts related to smart agriculture, and to address the most important technologies used in the field of smart agriculture to keep pace with the developments taking place and ensure the provision and diversity of food for all populations. The relationship between climate change and food security with climate-smart agriculture was also highlighted, while international experiences in the field of applying climate-smart agriculture were presented, such as the experience of the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan and the experience of Kuwait. Among the results reached in this study is that Arab countries are still weak in the field of applying smart agriculture, but there are some attempts from Arab experiences that remain insufficient in light of the need for these smart methods in the field of agriculture.
