استراتيجية تحقيق تنمية سياحية وفق المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق 2030 في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع الصناعة السياحية في الجزائر بالدراسة والتحليل، وتسليط الضوء على استراتيجية الدولة لتحقيق تنمية سياحية في ظل المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لسنة 2030، وادراكا بأهمية هذا القطاع كمورد رئيسا يسهم في زيادة الدخل الوطني، وكذا نشاطا محفزا لمختلف القطاعات الأخرى كان للجهات الوصية وصناع القرار زيادة الاهتمام بهذا القطاع الاستراتيجي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر من بين الدول الغنية بالمقومات الطبيعية المتنوعة بدءا من موقعها الجغرافي الاستراتيجي مرورا بالثروات السياحية الهامة، مما يجعلها دائمة السعي إلى تطوير الصناعة السياحية ورغم تسطير أهداف المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية الا ان القطاع يشهد ركودا ولا يرقى للمستوى المطلوب. This study aims to know the reality of tourist industry in Algeria to study and analyze, and highlight on the state strategy to achieve tourism development under the Planning guideline for the tourism development of the horizons of 2030 in Algeria, aware the importance of this sector as a major resource that contributes to increasing national income, as well as stimulating activity for various other sectors guardians and decision-makers have had an increased interest in this strategic sector. The study concluded that Algeria is among the rich countries with the diverse natural assets, starting from its strategic geographical location and important tourist wealth, that makes it a constant endeavor to develop the tourist industry, and despite the objectives of the tourism development under the Planning Guideline for the tourism development however, the sector is witnessing a recession and does not live up to the required level.
