أثر السياسة التمويلية على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز-ورقلة- خلال الفترة (2013-2015)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر السياسة التمويلية على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية المتمثلة في مؤسسة سونلغاز –ورقلة- خلال الفترة 2013-2015، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم دراسة العلاقة بين السياسة التمويلية بحساب نسب التمويل كمتغيرات مستقلة وبين الأداء المالي بحساب مؤشرات الربحية والمتمثلة في العائد على حقوق الملكية ROE، العائد على الأصول ROA. بعد استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و اعتمادنا على منهج دراسة حالة لمؤسسة سونلغاز والاستعانة بأدوات التحليل المالي في الجانب التطبيقي، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين نسب التمويل (نسبة التمويل الداخلي، نسبة التمويل الذاتي، نسبة الاستقلالية المالية) و العائد على حقوق الملكية والعائد على الأصول، بينما هناك علاقة عكسية بين نسبة التمويل الخارجي والعائد على حقوق الملكية، وأن المؤسسة تعتمد في تمويلها على التمويل الذاتي والاستدانة، وأنها تتمتع باستقلالية مالية، يتوقف تأثير السياسة التمويلية على الأداء المالي في تشكيل المزيج التمويلي تأثر عليه إيجابا عند إتباع المؤسسة لنمط التمويل الذاتي،وتأثر عليه سلبا بإتباعها لنمط الديون. The study aims to determine the effect of the financing policy on the financial performance of the economic institution The Sonlgaz-ourgla- Foundation during the period 2013-2015 To achieve this objective, the relationship between the financing policy by calculating financing ratios as independent variables and the financial performance was studied by calculating the profitability indicators of ROE and ROA. After using the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and relying on a case study of the Sonlegaz Foundation and using the tools of financial analysis in the applied side, The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the ratios of funding (internal financing ratio, self financing ratio, financial independence ratio) Return on equity and return on assets, While the ratio of external financing to return on equity is inversely related, And that the institution depends on funding for self-financing and borrowing, And enjoyed financial independence, The impact of the financing policy on financial performance depends on the composition of the funding mix, Was positively affected when the institution followed the pattern of self-financing, and was affected negatively by following the pattern of debt.
