Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف الى طبيعة الأسباب والعوامل، التي تدفع المرأة نحو المقاولاتية النسوية في قطاع الصناعات التقليدية والحرف بالمجتمع المحلي الأدراري. من أجل ذلك، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بمدينة أدرار شملت 60 امرأة مقاولة، تم اختيارهن انطلاقا من احصائيات غرفة الصناعات التقليدية، حيث توصلنا بعد تجربة الدراسة الميدانية التي تمت بواسطة معاينة طبقية عشوائية، إلى وجود عوامل سوسيواقتصادية ومهنية هي من تدفع بالمرأة المقاولة بمدينة أدرار التوجه نحو العمل الحرفي. من مثل:كثرة الطلب على الحرفة في المجتمع، توفر الدخل المقبول أو العائد المادي من ممارسة الحرفة، بالإضافة الى الحرية والمرونة في توقيت العمل. هذه العوامل وغيرها هي متغيرات سيحاول أن يتوقف عندها هذا المقال بالتحليل والمناقشة. This study aims to identify the nature of the causes and factors that drive women towards women's entrepreneurship in the traditional industries and crafts sector in the Adrian community. For this, we conducted a field study in the city of Adrar, which included 60 entrepreneurial women, who were selected based on the statistics of the Chamber of Traditional Industries. craft work. Such as: the high demand for the craft in the community, the availability of acceptable income or financial return from practicing the craft, in addition to freedom and flexibility in the timing of work. These and other factors are variables that this article will attempt to analyze and discuss.
