Résumé: یعد النشاط البدني أحد أهم أسباب الحفاظ على الصحة عموما والصحة الإنجابیة بالخصوص، لذلك جاءت هذه الد ا رسة لتبین مدى ممارسة النساء في سن الحمل للنشاطات البدنیة، وذلك من خلال عرض م ا زولة الریاضة حسب بعض المتغی ا رت الدیمغ ا رفیة و الإجتماعیة وحتى الاقتصادیة، لقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى نتائج أبرزها وجود تأثیر لعمر الم أ رة في سن الحمل على ممارسة النشاط البدني، حیث ترتفع نسبة النشاط البدني بارتفاع عمر الم أ رة، كما یؤثر مؤشر الثروة على على إحتمال ممارسة الم أ رة للریاضة وذلك بزیادة الممارسة كلما ا زد الغنى، كما یضاعف المستوى التعلیمي إحتمال الممارسة و ینخفض إحتمال الإصابة بالمرض المزمن لدى النساء الممارسات للریاضات عن نظی ا رتهن من غیر الممارسات Physical activity is one of the most important reasons for maintaining health in general and reproductive health in particular. The study reached the most important results: - The impact of the age of women at gestational age on the likelihood of physical activity, as the proportion of physical activity increases with the increase in the age of the woman, -The wealth index affects the likelihood of women exercising by increasing the practice as the wealth increases. -The educational level doubles the probability of practice. - Women who practice sports are less likely to develop chronic disease than those who do not
