Résumé: ملخص: إن اكتشاف ورعاية الموهوبين يعد أفضل أنواع الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري , لذلك لابد من الاهتمام بمثل هذه الفئة وتلبية احتياجاتها ، و هذا ما سوف نفصل القول فيه في هذه الورقة من عرض وتقييم تجارب بعض الدول الغربية والعربية الرائدة في رعاية والتكفل بالأطفال الموهوبين, و ننهي بتقييم التجربة الجزائرية في هذا المجال وكيف يمكن الاستفادة من تجارب هذه الدول في البيئة الجزائرية. Abstract: The discovery and nurturing of talented people is the best type of investment in human capital. So, it is necessary to pay attention to such a group and meet their needs. And this is what we will detail in this paper from the presentation and evaluation of the experiences of some leading western countries in caring for and sponsoring gifted children .Also, We conclude by evaluating the Algerian experience in this field, and how to benefit from the experiences of these countries in the Algerian environment.
