تطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية وفقا للمواصفة Iso 14001:2015 دراسة حالة مؤسسة "فينوس سابيكو"

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة واقع تطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية ISO 14001 :2015 في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، مشيرين إلى حالة مؤسسة VENUS-SAPECO لصناعة مواد التجميل، وقد تمحورت الدراسة الميدانية حول تحليل نتائج الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث يتكون الاستبيان من محورين يهدفان إلى الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة باختبار الفرضيات، حيث تم التأكد من أن هناك تطبيق لمتطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات هذا المحور 3.846 وجاءت الأهمية النسبية لدرجات المقياس(مقياس ليكرت الخماسي) عالية، بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 بخصوص تطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية تعزى للبيانات العامة لأفراد عينة الدراسة. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the reality of applying the requirements of the environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015 in companies, noting the status of the VENUS-SAPECO company for the manufacture of cosmetics, The field study focused on analyzing the results of the questionnaire that was distributed to the employees of VENUS-SAPECO company, The study revealed a set of results, It confirmed that there is an application of the requirement of the environmental management system in the company, as the mean for all paragraphs of this axis reached 3.846 and the relative importance of the scale grades (Likert five-step scale) was high,In addition to those results the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 regarding the application of requirements of the environmental management system to the general data of the study sample individuals.
