الحدود والأمن في الفكر الاستراتيجي "المنطقة العربية نموذجا في ظل استراتيجيات القوى الكبرى" Borders And Security In Strategic Thinking "the Arab Region Model Under The Strategies Of Greats Powers"

Résumé: ملخص يتطرق هذا المقال لمتغيرين اثنين من متغيرات الفكر الاستراتيجي وهما "الحدود والأمن"وتداعياتهما على المنطقة العربية التي عانت وما زالت من أطماع القوى الكبرى سابقا وحاضرا لاعتبارات متنوعة ومتعددة. كما سلطنا الضوء في هذا المقال على مدلولات ومفاهيم الحدود والأمن في الفكر الاستراتيجي الغربي خاصة لدى القوى الكبرى أو القوى الاستعمارية وكيف جسدت هذه المدلولات والمرامي على البلدان الضعيفة ومنها منطقتنا العربية التي أصبحت مستباحة لأقصى الحدود. تطرقنا في هذا المقال لمفهوم الحدود والأمن الوطني في الفكر الاستراتيجي الغربي، وللمنطقة العربية في ظل هذه الاستراتيجيات وسبل مواجهتها. تهدف هذه المقال للإحاطة بمشاريع الغرب في منطقتنا العربية، بهدف الحيلولة دون حدوثها، أما المنهجية المتبعة فهي أساسا المنهج التحليلي لعناصر القوة، والمنهج التاريخي والمورفولوجي وكذا المنهج الوظيفي. كما توصلت من خلال هذه المقال إلى أن الحدود لم تكن في أي فترة ثابتة وقارة بل هي متغيرة نظرا لتغير موازين القوى وأن البلاد العربية مهددة مرة أخرى في حدودها وأمنها من قبل القوى النيوكولونيالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحدود- الأمن- المنطقة العربية- الفكر الاستراتيجي- القوى الكبرى Abstract This article deals with two variables of strategic thinking, namely "borders and security" and their repercussions on the Arab region, which once suffered from Western-European colonialism-and which remains today the ambition of the great powers, for various considerations. We have also pointed out in this article the repercussions and concepts of borders and security in Western strategic thinking, especially the major powers or ex-colonial powers and how these repercussions and objectives have affected vulnerable countries, including our Arab region. The purpose of this article is to inform the West's projects in our Arab region in order to prevent them from happening. It also concluded through this article that the borders were not in any fixed period and continent but are changing due to the change of balance of power and that the Arab countries again threatened in their borders and security by the neo-colonial powers. .Keywords Borders- security- Arab region- Strategic thinking- Great powersR
