التمثلات الاجتماعية لعمل المرأة في المجتمع المحلي , عاملات مدارس بلدية عين معبد بولاية الجلفة , أنموذجا

Résumé: من خلال هذه الدراسة، نهدف إلى فهم التمثلات الاجتماعية لعمل المرأة في المجتمع المحلي من أجل تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي أقرب للواقع، ولمعرفة هذا، طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي: ما هي التمثلات الاجتماعية لعمل المرأة في بلديةعين معبد؟ ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل المركزي ثلاث تساؤلات فرعية تتمثل في: • ما هي المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يرى المجتمع أنها تنشأ بسبب عمل المرأة؟ • ما هي العوامل التي تحفز المرأة على المشاركة في سوق العمل من منظور المجتمع؟ • ما هي القيم والمعايير التي يستند إليها المجتمع لتقييم دور وعمل المرأة؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات، قمنا بتحديد مؤسسات تربوية في عين معبد بمدينة الجلفة كميدان لدراستنا. استخدمنا تقنية الاستبيان على عينة قصدية متمثلة في 61 معلم موزعة لجنس الإناث . المقاربة النظرية لدراستنا تتمثل في النظرية الوظيفية، التي تنطلق من منظور بنائي للمجتمع. بعد التحليل السوسيولوجي، توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج: يرى أفراد مجتمع عين معبد أن عمل المرأة هو عامل أساسي لكسب الرزق وضمان الاستقرار المادي للأسرة. يتأثر المجتمع عين معبد في تقييمه للمرأة العاملة بقيمه الاقتصادية. يتصور مجتمع عين معبد بأن عمل المرأة يمكن أن يكون سببًا في تفكك الأسرة، ولكنه ليس عائقًا أمام تربية الأولاد بشكل جيد. الكلمات المفتاحية :التمثلات الاجتماعية، عمل المرأة، مجتمع محلي. ملخص الدراسة بالغةالإنجليزية: Abstract: Throughthisstudy, weaim to understand the social representations of women'swork in the local community in order to offer a sociologicalanalysis as close as possible to reality. To find out, weasked the main question: What are the social representations of women'swork in the local community. cityof Djelfa? Belowthis central question are threesub-questions: • What social problemsdoes society see as arisingfromwomen'swork? • What are the factorsthatmotivatewomen to participate in the labormarketfromsociety's perspective? • What are the values and norms on which society relies to evaluate the role and work of women? To answerthese questions, weidentified the educational establishments of Ain Ma'bad in the city of Djelfa as a study area. Weused the questionnaire technique on a purposivesample of 61 teachersdividedbetweenfemale and male gender. The theoreticalapproach of ourstudyisfunctionaltheory, which arises from a constructivist perspective of society. Aftersociologicalanalysis, wearrived at someresults: Members of the Djelfa communitybelievethatwomen'sworkis an essential factor in earning a living and ensuring the financialstability of the family. Djelfa society isinfluenced in itsevaluation of femaleworkers by itseconomic values. The Djelfawicommunitybelievesthatwomen'sworkcanbe a cause of disintegration of a family, but thatitdoes not constitute an obstacle to the good education of children.
