تأثير حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية على استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى دول شمال إفريقيا دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (1995-2018)

Résumé: لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية على استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في دول شمال إفريقيا للفترة الممتدة من 1995-2018 وذلك باستخدام نماذج بانل الساكنة، حيث اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الاختبارات منها اختبار (hosman)، وعليه توصلنا إلى أن النموذج الأفضل هو نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة وبهدف التخلص من المشاكل القياسية في نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية ، قمنا باستخدام طريقة ( pcse) ، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن حماية براءة الاختراع بالدرجة الأولى يؤدي إلى زيادة في الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، على اعتبارها العمودي الفقري لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية، مقارنة بالعلامات التجارية والتصميمات الصناعية. This study aimed to measure the impact of protecting intellectual property rights on attracting foreign direct investment in North African countries for the period from 1995-2018, using Panell static models, where we relied on a set of tests, including the (hosman) test, and accordingly we reached The best model is the fixed effects model, and in order to get rid of the standard problems in the fixed effects model, we used the (pcse) method. This study concluded that patent protection in the first place leads to an increase in foreign direct investment, considering it the backbone of protection Intellectual property rights, compared to trademarks and industrial designs.
