اختبار نموذج للسلوك المقاولاتي لدى طلاب كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة ّأم البواقي Testing A Model Of Entrepreneurial Behavior Among Business And Economic Students Of Oum El Bouaghi University

Résumé: الملخص: تفحص هذه الدراسة أثر مجموعة من العوامل (الدعم والتمويل، المعتقد الديني، المنافسة والتعليم والمحيط الجامعي) على السلوك المقاولاتي لدى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة أم البواقي، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من 178 طالب لبناء نموذج بالاعتماد على النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية (Structural Equation Modeling) مع اعتماد التمويل والدعم كمتغير وسيط في النموذج. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن التمويل والدعم هو العامل الأثر تأثيرا، بحيث يؤثر سلبا على السلوك المقاولاتي كون البدائل التمويلية المتاحة لا تستجيب للمعتقد الديني للطلبة، كما تم التوصل إلى تأثير سلبي معنوي لكل من المنافسة والتعليم والمحيط الجامعي.. Abstract : This study examine the effect of a set of factors (Finance and Support, Religion believes, Competition, Education and University Environment) on Entrepreneurial Behavior, of the students of economic commerce and Management Faculty in Oum El Bouaghi University. This study rely on a sample of 178 student to build a model by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the defining of Finance and Support as a mediator variable. we find that Finance and Support is the highly Significant effect factor, and it effect negatively the Entrepreneurial Behavior, because it do not response to the Religion believes of the students, we find also a negative significant effect of Competition and Education and University Environment on Entrepreneurial Behavior.
