تصميم المسكن الحديث وتأثيره على شكل العلاقات الاجتماعية بالوسط الحضري - دراسة ميدانية لحي الوئام بمدينة أدرار-

Résumé: تهدف هاته الدراسة الميدانية الى معرفة التغير الذي طرأ على شكل العلاقات الاجتماعية بين سكان الاحياء الادرارية الجديدة جراء السكن بالسكنات الحديثة في الوسط الحضري، ومجتمع الدراسة هو حي الوئام بالمدينة الجديدة الشيخ سيدي محمد بلكبير، حيث تم اجراء عدد من المقابلات مع بعض ارباب الاسر القاطنة بهذا الحي، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة الى أن العلاقات الاجتماعية عموما وخصوصا علاقات الجوار منها أصابها نوع الفتور والتراجع بسبب تصميم المساكن ومساحتها بهذا الحي. This filed study aims to know the change that occured on the form of the social relations among residents in the new Adrari districts as a result of living in the modern dwellings in the urban area. The sample in this study is the residents of the district of al-Wiaam, in the new city of Shaykh Sidi Muhammad Belekbir. Interviews were carried out with the responsibles of the families living in this district. The study concluded that the social relations in general and the neighbourhood relations in particular suffered a kind of apathy and regression because of the housing design and the surface of the district.
