Résumé: Because of the importance of deducing the principles (provisions) and proving them, this doctorate dissertation is concerned with the collection, arrangement, and classification of the Hadiths of principles as being accustomed (adopted) by the nation’s scholars both successors and ancestors. What has been collected by El-Imam El-Mokri in his book “Aamal Man Tabba Liman Habba” is considered one of the most important written work in the Maliki Doctrine. The hadiths of this work are well arranged and classified, precisely confined to what is good and true in Sunnah, and mainly limited to quotation. Those hadiths have gained a great deal of interest in Cheikh Mohamed Bay Ben Omar El-Kounti’s elucidation in his encyclopedia:”Essunan El-Mubeen”. This dissertation, too, is to acquaint us with the two glorious scholars (already mentioned), to demonstrate Esharih’s method in explaining the part beingstudied: Chapters of Almsgiving, Fasting, and Pilgrimage, and to serve the provision by exposing the hadiths, documenting the principles, and checking up indexing (bibliographies). Thus, the book has gained an empirical value since the resources and references have been well adopted. As a result, this work in which we enhance useful indexing, is easily accessible and beneficial to readers and researchers who seek legal opinions (fatawa).
