انعكاسات الإدارة الإلكترونية على قيم العمل للموارد البشرية (دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد الطارف

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة الانعكاسات التي أحدثتها الإدارة الإلكترونية على اتجاهات الموارد البشرية نحو قيمة العمل،دراسة طبقت على عينة قدرت بـ130 موظف وموظفة بجامعة الطارف ،تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمنهج المقارن،كما تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة والاستمارة كأدوات لجمع البيانات ، حيث تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها نذكر : 1- إنَ التحول نحو العمل بالأسلوب الإلكتروني جعل من الموظفين بجامعة الطارف يتجهون نحو تنمية مهاراتهم للتحكم أكثر في الجوانب التكنولوجية . 2- بانتقال الموظفين نحو العمل بأسلوب الإدارة الإلكترونية أصبحت الأنشطة المتعلقة بالأساتذة،الموظفين والطلبة أكثر جودة . 3-انعكست الإدارة الإلكترونية إيجابا على قيمة العمل للموارد البشرية بجامعة الطارف . الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الإلكترونية ؛ القيمة ؛ العمل ؛الموارد البشرية ؛الجامعة Abstract: This study aimed to identify the nature of the impacts that electronic management has had on human resources attitudes toward the value of work.
