Résumé: الدستور هو الوثيقة العليا والقانون الأعلى للدولة ، الذي يحدد حقوق وواجبات جميع الأفراد في نفس الدولة ويحدد علاقة المواطن بمؤسسات الدولة، وغيرها من الحقوق. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التعديلات الدستوريةالتي عرفتها البلدان العربية، بعد ما يسمى بالربيع العربي أو الحراك الشعبي سنة 2011 من خلال تجربتي مصر وتونس حيث أن كل بلد عرف تجربة مختلفة عن البلد الآخر في مسألة التعديلات الدستورية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدستور- الوطن العربي- الحراك السياسي- التحول المجتمعي. Abstract: The constitution is the supreme document and the fundamental law of the state, It limits the citizen’s rights and obligation of the same state. It limits also the relation-ships between the citizen and the state’s institutions and other right. This study tries to clacify the constitutional amendments in the Arabic countries in 2011, just after what we call the Arabic spring or the popular Movement in Egypt and Tunisia.
