دراسة تقييمية لتاريخ وواقع مجتمع المعلومات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2016م)

Résumé: لقد أولت معظم الدول في السنوات الأخيرة الأهمية البالغة للاستثمار في مجال العلم والمعرفة، وتركز اهتمامها أكثر في مجال الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ذلك أنّ المجتمع الذي تَلى المجتمع الصناعي هو مجتمع المعلومات، وعلى غرار كل الدول عرف تاريخ مجتمع المعلومات في الجزائر تحسنا ملحوظا من بداية الألفية وإلى غاية اليوم، غير أنه يبقى غير مرضي بالنظر إلى حجم المخصصات في كل القطاعات على غرار قطاع المعلومات وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات.
