حديث تأبير النخل وشبهة تقسيم السنة إلى تشريعية وغير تشريعية Hadith Of Palm Tree Treaetment And The Suspicion Of Deviding The Sunnah Into Legislative And Non Legislative
Résumé: يأتي هذا البحث للإجابة على إشكالية تقسيم السنة إلى تشريعية وغير تشريعية في استناده إلى حديث تأبير النخل الذي قال فيه النبي:" أنتم أعلم بأمور دنياكم"، وأن ما جاء عن النبي من أمور الدنيا فليس تشريع ملزم، وأن ذلك من خصوصياته البشرية، وقد خلص هذا البحث في إجابته من خلال تحليل الحديث رواية ودراية إلى عدم صحة هذا التقسيم، ودفع كل الشبه التي جعلها أهلها محل الاستدلال من هذا الحديث. ترجمة الملخص: This research tries to give an answer about to the problem of deviding the Sunnah into legislative and non legislative,in its reference to the Hadith of "Palm tree's treatment" in which the prophet said " you know the things of your life" and what came from the prophet about life's matter is not an obligation or something we have to do it,but it refers to his own view, also this research conluded in his answer through the analysis of this Hadith "narratively" and "knowing how" of the fact that this classifiaction is wrong and reject all the suspicions which were made by those people as a means of inference from this hadith.
