Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الاطلاع على كيفية المعالجة المحاسبية ا ولجبائية للضرائب والرسوم في إطار نظام الإخضاع للمهن غير التجارية، ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة والوصول للنتائج وربطها بالفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تقديم مختلف المفاهيم لنظام الاخضاع للمهن الحرة والضرائب والرسوم المتعلقة به، ولتجسيد ذلك ميدانيا تم دراسة حالات تطبيقية على مستوى مفتشية الضرائب لولاية غرداية، حيث توصلنا في دراستنا إلى عدة نتائج ومن أهمها أن نظام الإخضاع للمهن غير التجارية بسيط من حيث إجراءات تسديد الضريبة ا ولالتزام بالتصريحات الجبائية والمحاسبية للمكلفين بالضريبة، عكس ما يميز نظام الربح الحقيقي من التعقيد This study aims to see how the accounting and fiscal treatment of taxes and fees within the framework of the system of subjection to non-commercial professions, and in order to answer the problem of the study and reach the results and link them to hypotheses, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon by presenting various concepts of the system of subjection to free professions and taxes and fees related to it, In order to embody this in the field, I studied practical cases at the level of the tax inspectorate of the state of Ghardaïa, where in our study we reached several results, the most important of which is that the system of subjecting non-commercial professions is simple in terms of tax payment procedures and adherence to the tax and accounting declarations of taxpayers, contrary to what distinguishes the real profit system from the complexity
