الاشكالات المتعلقة بإيداع وثائق المسح والترقيم المؤقت في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: يعد السجل العقاري على أساس وثائق المسح المودعة بعد الانتهاء من عملية المسح العام للأراضي، ویتمثل في مجموعة من البطاقات العقاریة والتي تمسك على مستوى كل بلدیة، ویتم إعداده على مستوى المحافظة العقاریة، وذلك وفقا لإجراءات معینة تبدأ بعملیة مادیة تتمثل في إجراء المسح العام للأراضي وأعمال قانونیة تتمثل في إیداع وثائق المسح لدى المحافظة العقاریة قصد القیام بإجراء الترقیم العقاري، إلا أنه وبالرجوع إلى الحياة العملية تثار عدة منازعات واشكالات في هذا الشأن. The land registry is based on the documents of the scanning deposited after the completion of the general scanning of land.It consists of a set of real estate cards that are maintained at the level of each municipality and are preparated at the level of the real estate governorate and acording to certain procedures starting with a physical operation, the legalization is to deposit the documents of the survey with the real estate governorate in order to carry out the numbering of the real estate. However with reference to the practical life, many disputes and problems arise in this regard.
