السياسة الفرنسية وتأثيرها على الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية في الجزائر

Résumé: حاولت فرنسا مند احتلالها للجزائر فرض سلطتها بأساليب مختلفة سواء اجتماعية أو ثقافية واقتصادية من خلال إصدارها لمختلف القرارات؛ خاصة وان الاستعمار الفرنسي هو استعمار ليبرالي بالأساس وذلك من خلال ممارسة الإبادة وطرد الشعوب والتعامل معهم بازدراء على أساس أنهم عبيد أو مواطنين من الدرجة الثانية؛ وذلك من خلال إصدار مراسيم وقرارات لمحاربة الدين الإسلامي وتحطيم التركيبة الاجتماعية والتعليمية والعقارية باعتبار التعليم والدين هما وسيلة لبث الروح الوطنية وتحصين الناشئة ضد أي غزو معنوي أو فكري وباعتبار العقار يمثل الهوية والذاكرة الجماعية للحضارة الإسلامية، إضافة لفرض سياستها الاستيطانية مما كان لها تأثير على البنية الاجتماعية للمجتمع الجزائري وحتّى على ملامح الفرد الجزائري وكذلك التأثير على عاداته وأخلاقه من أجل إدراجه في المنظومة الاجتماعية الفرنسية، ففرنسا مند احتلالها للجزائر حاولت فرض سلطتها بأساليب مختلفة سواء اجتماعية وثقافية واقتصادية من خلال إصدارها لمختلف القرارات لتحويل المجتمع الجزائري من مجتمع قبيلة إلى مجتمع الدولة الحديثة. Abstract : since its occupation of Algeria،France bas tried to Impose its authority in various ways whether social،cultural or economic by issuing many decisions،as French colonialism was basically a liberal one،France tried through the practice if extermination and expulsion of people and dealing with them with contempt that they are slaves or second class citizens it issued decrees and decisision to fight the Islamic civilization and destroy the social،education and realestate structure،because education and religion were a means used to infuse patriotism،immunize young people against any morale or intellectual invasion. And considering that realest ate represent the identity and collective memory of the Islamic civilization in addition to that it imposed its settlement policy which had an impact not only on the social structure of the Algerian society but even on the individual by influencing his customs and morals in order to include him in the French social system. France since its occupation of Algeria aimed to transform the Algerian society from a tribal one to a modern state.
