Résumé: تضمنت هذه الرسالة موضوع الاختيارات الفقهية للشيخ محمد متولي الشعراوي رحمه الله في المعاملات المالية المعاصرة من خلال الفتاوى، وقد جاءت في ثلاث مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول ترجمة مختصرة للشيخ رحمه الله، والمبحث الثاني تعريف الاختيارات الفقهية وأهميتها وشروطها والألفاظ الدالة عليها والفرق بينها وبين الترجيح، والثالث اخترنا فيه بعض المسائل التي كان للشيخ فيها اختيارات فقهية في فتاواه المختلفة، وهي في قضايا متعلقة بالمؤسسات المالية والبيوع المعاصرة وكذا نوازل الزكاة.This letter included the subject of the Fik’h choices of Sheikh Mohammed Mitwali al-Sharawi in contemporary financial transactions through fatwas، and came in three topics، the first topic dealt with a brief presentation of Sheikh May God rest his soul، and the second topic defined the Fik’h choices and their importance and conditions and the words indicated by them and the difference between them and weighting، and the third in which we chose some issues in which the Sheikh had Fik’h choices in his various fatwas، namely in cases related to financial institutions and contemporary selling as well as zakat balances.
