إهمال مراقبة المصادر الثانوية للنفايات الطبية وأثره على الأمن الصحي في الجزائر

Résumé: تشكل مسألة تسيير وإدارة النفايات الطبية، أهمية قصوى للسلطات العامة لاسيما المعنية منها بالصحة العمومية وحماية البيئة، لما لها من أثر كبير على الأمن الصحي والبيئي داخل المجتمعات الوطنية، ونشدد التركيز على المصادر الثانوية للنفايات الطبية التي لا تحظى بالاهتمام والرعاية اللتان تحظى بهما المصادر الرئيسية، نتيجة عدم وجود تشريع مستقل يعنى بطرق تسيير ومعالجة النفايات الطبية والتخلص منها، مما يدفعنا الى التساؤل حول نجاعة طرق تسيير هذه النفايات وانعكاساتها على البيئة الصحية في ظل إهمال ومراقبة كيفية إدارتها مقارنة بالمصادر الرئيسية؟. Abstract: The issue of handling and managing medical waste is of a paramount importance to the public authorities, especially those concerned with the public health and environmental protection, because of its significant impact on health and environmental security within national communities. We stress the focus on the secondary sources of medical waste that do not receive the attention and care that the main sources have.
