The Impact Of Training Methods On Learning The Kata Skill In Karate Do, (a Field Study On The Age Group 10- 12 Years Old Of A Team Of Karate Do In Tebessa)

Résumé: summary: The impact of Training methods on learning the kata skill in karate do, (A field study on the age group 10- 12 years old of a team of karate do in tebessa). the aims of our research is detect the best training methods for learning the kata skill in the karate do for the age group targeted, and giving proposals to attain the goals of the kata skill learning whilst wining effort and time. the hypotheses of this research, that there is a relationship between learning the kata skill in the team of karate do of tebessa and it's training methods. The method followed in our research was the experimental method Where we measured the level of the athletes in an initial test and prepared a training program for them that contains the three training methods for teaching the kata skill in karate-do. After a period of time, we repeated a second test in which we measured the level of athletes in performing the same kata. الملخص: أثر أساليب التدريب في تعلم مهارة الكاتا في الكاراتيه (دراسة ميدانية على الفئة العمرية 10-12 سنة لفريق الكاراتيه بتبسة) يهدف بحثنا إلى الكشف عن أفضل الطرق التدريبية لتعلم مهارة الكاتا في الكاراتيه للفئة العمرية المستهدفة، وتقديم مقترحات لتحقيق أهداف تعلم مهارة الكاتا مع كسب الجهد والوقت. وتتمثل فرضيات هذا البحث في وجود علاقة بين تعلم مهارة الكاتا لدى فريق الكاراتيه تبسة وأساليب التدريب الخاصة بها. أما المنهج المتبع في بحثنا فهو المنهج التجريبي حيث قمنا بقياس مستوى الرياضيين في اختبار أولي وأعدنا لهم برنامجا تدريبيا يحتوي على الأساليب التدريبية الثلاثة لتعليم مهارة الكاتا في الكاراتيه دو. وبعد فترة من الزمن، قمنا بإعادة الاختبار الثاني الذي قمنا فيه بقياس مستوى الرياضيين في أداء نفس الكاتا.
