السرقــــة العلمية كعائـــق للبحث العلمي في ظل تطـــور التقنيــة الرقميــــة

Résumé: يعتبر البحث العلمي كل جهد علمي منظم يهدف إلى تنمية المعرفة الإنسانية من أجل تقدم المجتمعات و تطورها في مختلف الميادين الاقتصاديــــة، الاجتماعيــــة، السياسية، ...من خلال إيجاد حلول لمشكلات التغير الاجتماعي. فهو نتيجة دراسات و أبحاث للوصول إلى نتيجة علمية قابلة للتطبيق في ميدان العلوم عموما، و هو ما يقتضي إتباع منهجية سليمة وصحيحة تسهل على الباحث الوصول إلى الإبداع العلمي في بحثه الذي يعتمد أساسا على الأمانة العلمية والأصالة. وفي ظل تطور تقنية المعلومات حيث أصبح من السهل الحصول على عدد غير محدود من المنشورات العلمية المجانية على الشبكة العنكبوتية بأسرع وقت، إلا أن سوء استخدام هذه الأخيرة أثر سلبا على جودة البحوث العلمية الأمر الذي شكل عائقا لها، وهو ما سمي ب " السرقة العلمية" التي انتشرت بكثرة خلال السنوات الأخيرة بالجامعات الجزائرية. فما هي هذه الأخيرة؟ وما هي أسباب بروزها؟ وThe concept of Academic research includes any systemic and methodological work that is aimed to improve human knowledge. By providing solutions for different social problems, this improvement eventually reflects into the improvement of human lives in all domains (economic, political, social...). In order to come up with solid, scientific and applicable outcomes, these researches must have been conducted through clear methodology set by the university or the institute. However the researcher can be creative, he still must be faithful to the existing researches done by previous people. Stealing other works without giving credit to the owner is known as Plagiarism. It is a widespread phenomenon that threatens scientific works. Nowadays, with the little control over internet and free online publications, the originality and validity of academic research is at worse day by day. This paper aims to answer basic questions related to the problem such as: what means plagiarism? What are the reasons behind? How can it be faced? ما هي آليات مواجهتها في الجزائر؟
