فتاوى الأعلام العقبانيين في المعيار المعرب للونشريسي

Résumé: ملخـــــــــــص: تختص هذه الدراسة بمعالجة فتاوى أسرة آل عقبان الواردة في كتاب المعيار المعرب، وذلك من حيث نسبتها ومادتها العلمية وموضوعاتها،كما تُعنىبالتّعريف بالأعلام العقبانيينوإبراز مكانتهم العلميةمن خلال رصد منهجهم في الفتوى وأصولهم المعتمدة في تقريرها، وقد بيِّنت الدراسةإحتفاء أبي العباس الونشريسي بنقل فتاوى آل عقبانفي موسوعته الموسومة بالمعيار،نظرا للعددالهائلالذي تضمنته منها،سردت لنافي مجملها الواقع الحي للمجتمع التلمساني على وجه الخصوص والمغربي على وجه العموم خلال القرن الثامن للهجرة وعكست بشكل مباشر الجوانب التي كانت تشغل المسلمين أنذاك الثقافية والدينية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. Abstract this study deals with the "Fatawa" of the Okbans pointed in the book “Almieyar” in term of their origins, field of science, and thems. It is also concerned with introducing the scholars Okbans and showing their scientific position through the methodology of their "Fatawa" and the sources they relay on. Moreover, the study pointed out that Abu Abbas Alwancharissi was very glad to report the Okbans' Fatawa in his encyclopedia entitled "Almieyar" because of the big number of them which contained details about the daily life in the Tlemsani society in particular and the Maghreb one in general during the eighth ceintury, and reflected directly the different aspects that concerned Muslims in that era; religious, culture, social and economic...etc
