مستوى الكفايات التواصلية لدى خريجي دبلوم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس مستوى الكفايات التواصلية لدى خريجي دبلوم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز (من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية)؛ ولتحقيق أهدافه أعدَّ الباحث استبانة مكونة من (50) فقرة، (25) منها لقياس مستوى الكفايات الشخصية (الاجتماعية، الثقافية، الوجدانية)، و(25) منها لقياس الكفايات اللغوية (الصوتية، والصرفية، والمعجمية، والتركيبية، والدلالية)، ومثَّل عينته مجموعة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية، ممثلة بقسم الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية، وقسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وقسم المواد العامة، واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي. وأظهرت نتائجه: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) بين قسم الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية وقسم اللغة العربية وآدابها وجاءت الفروق لصالح قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) بين قسم المواد العامة من جهة وكل من قسم الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية، وقسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وجاءت الفروق لصالح قسم المواد العامة في الكفايات الشخصية، والكفايات التواصلية ككل. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) بين قسم الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية من جهة وكل من قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وقسم المواد العامة من جهة أخرى وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وقسم المواد العامة في الكفايات اللغوية. وفي ضوء النتائج قدَّم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. Abstract: This research aims to measure the level of communication competencies among graduates of the Arabic Language Diploma for Non-Native Speakers at King Abdulaziz University (from the perspective of faculty members); to achieve its objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (50) items, (25) of which were to measure the level of personal competencies (social, cultural, emotional) and (25) to measure linguistic competencies (phonetic, morphological, lexical, syntactic, semantic) and its sample represented a group of faculty members in the College of Arts and Humanities, represented by the Department of Sharia and Islamic Studies, the Department of Arabic Language and its Literature and the Department of General Courses and relied on the descriptive survey analytical approach. Its results showed: the absence of statistically significant differences (α=0.05) attributed to gender in all areas and overall. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between the Department of Sharia and Islamic Studies and the Department of Arabic Language, and its Literature and the differences favored the Department of Arabic Language and its Literature. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between the Department of General Courses on one hand and both the Department of Sharia and Islamic Studies and the Department of Arabic Language and its Literature on the other hand and the differences favored the Department of General Courses in personal competencies and overall communication competencies. There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between the Department of Sharia and Islamic Studies on one hand and both the Department of Arabic Language and its Literature and the Department of General Courses on the other hand and the differences favored both the Department of Arabic Language and its Literature and the Department of General Courses in linguistic competencies. In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
