توظيف الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الاتفاقيات الدولية و التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: حظي الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بحماية الدولة ومؤسساتها، ظهر ذلك جليا في مختلف الجهود التي تبذلها في هذا المجال، وفيما يتعلق بمجال الوظيفة العمومية فإنه بالإضافة إلى التنصيص على مبدأ المساواة والجدارة للالتحاق بالوظيفة العامة في الأمر رقم 06-03، وتعزيزا لحق هذه الفئة ورغبة في إدماجهم في المجتمع كرّس المشرع الجزائري حقهم في مجال العمل بموجب نصوص قانونية خاصة تحديدا في القانون رقم 02-09 المتعلق بحماية الأشخاص المعوقين وترقيتهم.هذا بالإضافة إلى التنظيمات بهذا الشأن وهذا ما سنحاول تسليط الضوء عليه في هذه الدراسة. With regard to the field of the public service, in addition to stipulating the principle of equality and merit for entry into the public service in Ordinance No. 06-03, and in order to promote the rights of this group and the desire to integrate them into society, the Algerian legislator has enshrined their right to employment under specific legal provisions in Law No. 02-09 on the protection and promotion of persons with disabilities.
