تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء في الاقتصاد الأخضر-دراسة تجارب دولية -

Résumé: ظهر مفهوم المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء حديثاً، نتيجة لنمط الإنتاج والاستهلاك وطريقة الحياة التي فرضتها الثورات الصناعية المتعاقبة، وقد ركَّزت الأبحاث الحديثة حول الأعمال البيئية وعلى كيفية جعل أوجه نشاط الشركات الكبيرة أكثر استدامة. ومنذ أقل من عقد تحوَّلت إلى التركيز على الصلة بين ريادة الأعمال والاستدامة، وأصبحت الأبحاث والنشاطات حول ريادة الأعمال الخضراء أكثر رسو ركز هذا البحث على كيفية تعزيز التمويل الأخضر للمؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء في كل من الهند وألمانيا ،وكيف يمكن للدول النامية أن تتبع نفس النمط والخطوات المتخذة والنجاحات التي تحققت من قبل كل من الهند وألمانيا لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء وقد خلصـت الدراسـة إلـى أن المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء بألمانيا نجد نماذج الأعمال الرقمية تشكل النسبة الأكبر بنسبة 27% من المؤسسات الناشئة الخضراء وتعتمد على نسبة 78 %من مدخراتها كمصدر رئيس لتمويلها،بينما في الهند اعتمدت على رأس المال الصبور و إعفاء الضريبي للشركات الناشئة المناخية. The concept of green startups has emerged recently, as a result of the pattern of production, consumption and way of life imposed by successive industrial revolutions, and recent research has focused on environmental business and on how to make the activities of large companies more sustainable. Less than a decade ago, the focus shifted to the link between entrepreneurship and sustainability, and research and activities on green entrepreneurship became more grounded. This research focused on how to promote green funding for green startups in both India and Germany, and how developing countries can follow the same pattern, steps taken and successes achieved by both India and Germany to fund green startups. The study found that green startups in Germany have digital business models that make up the largest proportion at 27% of green startups and rely on 78% of their savings as their main source of funding, while in India they relied on patient capital and tax exemption for climate startups.
