الولاء التنظيمي و علاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الجامعة - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة - -organizational Loyalty And Relation To The Job Performance Of The University Workers - Field Study At Zian Achour Djelfa University

Résumé: نهدف من هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة إتجاه العلاقة بين الولاء التنظيمي ببعديه ( الأمن الوظيفي - الإحترام و التقدير ) و الأداء الوظيفي ، ولقد تم إجراء الدراسة في جامعة الجلفة زيان عاشور بالجلفة حيث طبقت على عمالها ،و نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي في دراستنا حيث طبقت على عينة عشوائية طبيقية مكونة من ( 88 ) مفردة أي عاملا، كما استخدمنا الاستمارة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات،كما أننا إستعملنا الأدوات الإحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة منها: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS ، توصلنا في الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج من أبرزها وجود اثر للولاء التنظيمي ببعيده المختلفين على عمال الجامعة ، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم التقدم بالتوصيات. Abstract The study aims at knowing the direction of the relationship between organizational loyalty and its dimensions (job security - respect and recognition) and functional performance, and the study was conducted at the University of Djelfa Zian Achour, at the cost of its work, and due to the nature of the topic, the descriptive approach was applied to our study, and we used the form as the main data collection tool, and we used statistical tools to test our standard computational hypotheses. After analyzing the data using the statistical program SPSS, we have reached a number of findings, the most prominent of which is the effect of organizational loyalty with its different dimensions on the University workers, and based on the results of the study recommendations have been made
