العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المالي للقطاع المصرفي
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المالي لعينة من القطاعات المصرفية في دول شمال إفريقيا والتي تتمثل في: الجزائر، تونس، المغرب ومصر خلال الفترة 2013-2021. وذلك من خلال نموذج لقياس العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتكونة من: كفاية رأس المال، الكفاءة التشغيلية والتضخم، والمتغير التابع والمتمثل في العائد على الأصول، باستخدام نماذج البانل. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المالي للقطاع المصرفي لدول شمال إفريقيا تتمثل في الكفاءة التشغيلية، كما أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن كفاية رأس المال والتضخم ليس لديهما أي تأثير على الأداء المالي للقطاعات المصرفية عينة الدراسة. This studyaims to identify the factorsaffecting thefinancial performance of a sample of bankingsectors in North African countries, namely: Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Egyptduring the period 2013-2021. Through a model to measure the relationship between the independent variables consisting of : Capital Adequacy, Operational Efficiency, Inflation, and the dependent variable of Return on Assets (ROA) using PANEL models. The results of the study showed that the most important factorsaffecting the financial performance of the North African banking sector are operationalefficiency, and the results of this study also showed that capital adequacy and inflation have no effect on the financial performance of the bankingsectors in the studysample.
