مساهمة نظام المعلومات التسويقي في زيادة كفاءة أداء مقدم الخدمة الصحية في المراكز الاستشفائية الخاصة بولاية تبسة

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر نظام المعلومات التسويقي في المراكز الاستشفائية الخاصة ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق أهداف الربحية والاستمرارية، اذ من خلاله يتم توفير معلومات واضحة، هادفة وفي وقتها، وكأي نظام فانه يبحث و يحصل على بيانات ومعلومات أولية يستخدمها كمدخلات ليتم معالجتها وتحليلها لتكون في الأخير على شكل مخرجات يتم الاستعانة بها في اتخاذ القرار، ولكونه تتكامل فيه الإمكانات المادية، الفنية، التنظيمية والبشرية فإنه يساعد في اتخاذ قرارات تخص وظائف التخطيط، التنظيم والرقابة الا انه كذلك يزيد في كفاءة أداء مقدم الخدمة الصحية. ولقد هدفت دراستنا هذه الى توضيح مدى مساهمة نظام المعلومات التسويقي في تلك المراكز في زيادة كفاءة أداء مقدمي خدماتها الصحية، حيث تمّ توزيع 110 استمارة استبيان بولاية تبسة، موزّعة عشوائيا على : صيدليات، طب عام، طب متخصص، مخبر دم ومركز أشعة، وعند تحليل المعلومات عن طريق البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) في نسخته رقم: 20، تبيّن ان اختبار (11.053=T) مما يدل على أن أداء مقدم الخدمة يتحقق بشكل جيد من خلال ذلك النظام، وبنسبة 55% حسب معامل التحديد (0.55 =R2 )، كما توجد مساهمة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05 ≥ α) لبعد نظام المعلومات التسويقي على كفاءة أداء مقدم الخدمة الصحية في تلك المراكز عيّنة البحث بولاية تبسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظام المعلومات التسويقي الصحي؛ الأداء التسويقي؛ الأداء الوظيفي؛ المراكز الاستشفائية الخاصة. تصنيف JEL: M15 ; M31 ; L25 ; I10 Abstract: The marketing information system in private hospital centers is a considered basic pillar to achieve the goals of profitability and continuity, as through it clear, targeted and timely information is provided and like any system, it searches and obtains primary data and information that it uses as inputs to be processed and analyzed to be in the end in the form of outputs that are used in decision-making and because it integrates the material, technical, organizational and human capabilities, it helps in making decisions related to the functions of planning, regulation and control but, It also increases the efficiency of the performance of the health service provider Our study aimed to clarify the extent of the contribution of the marketing information system in those centers to increasing the efficiency of the performance of their health service providers, as 110 questionnaires were distributed in the state of Tebessa, randomly distributed to: pharmacies, general medicine, specialized medicine, blood laboratory and radiology center And when analyzing the information using the statistical program SPSS version 20:, it was found that the test(T=11.053), indicates that the performance of the service provider's performance is well achieved through that system, with a percentage of 55% according to the coefficient of determination (R2= 0.55), and there are a Statistically significant contribution at a significance level (α ≤ 0.05) of the marketing information system dimension on the efficiency of the performance of the health service provider in those research sample centers in Tebessa state.
