التنظيم السياسي والإداري والأمني للمنطقة السادسة من الولاية التاريخية الأولى 1956 – 1958.

Résumé: تطبيقا لقرارات مؤتمر الصومام قُسِّمت المنطقة السادسة من الولاية التاريخية الأولى إلى أربع نواحي تبسة، بئر العاتر، الشريعة، ششار كما قُسِّمت كل ناحية إلى أربع قسمات، وقد اُتُّخِذَ هذا التنظيم والهيكلة لأغراض سياسية وعسكرية، وعُيِّن على رأس المنطقة قائد برتبة ضابط ثاني مرفوقا بمسؤول سياسي وآخر عسكري وثالث للأخبار والاتصالات، وقع على عاتق المحافظ السياسي واللجان الشعبية مهام الدعاية والتوعية والتعبئة والتجنيد والتموين وحفظ النظام وجمع المعلومات والأخبار، كما تم إنشاء الأمن السري والذي لعب دورا هاما داخل المنطقة وعلى الحدود من خلال حفظ النظام، كشف الخونة، تيسير تنقلات العائلة الفارة، متابعة حركة التنقلات بين الجزائر وتونس وغير ذلك. Abstract: The sixth region of the historic first wilaya was divided into four zones: Tebessa, Bir later, Cherea and Chechar, each zone is itself divided into four sectors. A lieutenant was appointed at the head of the region, assisted by a political and military official, and a third one for news and communicationsThe Political Governor and the People's Committees have assumed the functions of propaganda, awareness, mobilization, recruitment, supply, save the system, information gathering and news. Secret security has been established and has played an important role within the region and on the border, save the system, detection of traitors, facilitating the movement of families fleeing, follow-up movements and many other tasks.
