Résumé: The study aims at identifying the impaet of work pressure on the commitement of work ethical attitudes at Mohamed boudiaf hospital ouargla, to apply the ob-jective of the study, we have chosen a sample of a group if people from public hospital establishemeut, so we have distributed 150questionaire are recuperated in which those gathered data were analysed by the use of static logiciel of social sciences (spss) on behalf of middle arithmetic, modal deviatiom, analyzing mut-tiple regration, the study is summarized to many results : the most important is ; • The existamce of work pressure dimensions at the hospital. • At it shows that theve is no effect of work pressure dimension om work ethics amd is existed possitevely at that institution • The study recommended to aware and senibibe workers with the pheno-menon of work pressure and its results and maintain the honor and work ethics
