دور الاستثمارات السياحية في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني دراسة تحليلية تقييمية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة(2021-2015)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور الاستثمارات السياحية في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث يلعب الاستثمار السياحي دورا استراتيجيا ومصدرا فعالا في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني لذا أدرج الاستثمار السياحي كأحد المستجدات الجوهرية والمجالات الخصبة في اطار سعي الجزائر للنهوض والارتقاء بقطاعها السياحي، ولتوضيح ذلك تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض المفاهيم و التوصل إلى نتائج، التي خلصت إلى أن: تتمتع الجزائر بإمكانيات هائلة من موارد طبيعية ومناخية وحضارية كان بالإمكان أن تجعل منها قطب سياحي متميز لو أحسن استغلال هذا الزخم الهائل من الموارد السياحية ولكن بسبب مجموعة من العراقيل حالت دون النهوض بالقطاع السياحي الجزائري. Abstract This paper aims to shed light on the role of tourism investments in supporting the national economy, as tourism investment plays a strategic role and an effective source in supporting the national economy. Tourism investment was therefore included as one of the essential developments and fertile areas within the framework of Algeria's efforts to promote and upgrade its tourism sector. To illustrate this, the analytical descriptive approach was followed in presenting concepts and reaching results, which concluded that: Algeria has great potential in terms of natural, climatic, and cultural resources that could have made it a distinct tourist attraction if it had exploited this huge volume of tourism resources. However, a number of obstacles have prevented the advancement of the Algerian tourism sector.
