الحماية القانونية للاجئ البيئي

Résumé: يعود ظهور مصطلح اللاجئ البيئي إلى التدهور البيئي الناتج من تغير المناخ والاحتباس الحراري الذي دفع بالملايين من الأشخاص للجوء إلى دول أخرى. يشكل اللجوء البيئي تحديا عالميا وظاهرة طويلة الأمد، لكن رغم ذلك لا نجد حماية قانونية للاجئ البيئي، إذ نجد أن المجتمع الدولي يرفض الاعتراف بالمركز القانوني لهذا الأخير، وأيضا لا نجد أي حماية لهؤلاء الأشخاص في القانون الجزائري. The emergence of the term “environmental refugee” is due to the environmental degradation resulting from climate change and global warming, which has driven millions of people to seek refuge in other countries. Environmental asylum is a global challenge and a long-term phenomenon, but despite this, we cannot find legal protection for the environmental refugee, because we see that the international community refuses to recognize the legal status of the latter, nor do we find any protection for these people in Algerian law.
