جائحة كوفيد-19 أنماط التصدع الإقتصادي في دول شمال إفريقيا" الجزائر أنموذجا"

Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع جد مهم ألا وهو "جائحة كورونا كوفيد-19" المستجد ، وتسليط الضوء حول تداعياته على الإقتصاد العالمي وبوجه خاص على إقتصاديات شمال إفريقيا القائمة على إيرادات الطاقة مع التركيز على حالة الجزائر؛ وهذا بعد أن تحولت الأزمة من أزمة صحية إلى إقتصادية، إنطلاقا من تدابير الغلق التي تم إتخاذها لإحتواء الوباء. أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي العمل على إصلاح نظام الرعاية الصحية في الجزائر فلقد كشفت جائحة كورونا القدورات المحدودة له هدا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى العمل على إعادة النظر في نموذج النمو الإقتصادي الجديد 2030م الهادف إلى خلق إيرادات إقتصادية إستعجالية في حال وقوع الأزمات المختلفة This research paperdeals whitha very important topic, which is the emerging " Corona Covid-19 pandemic", and sheds light on its repercussions on the global economy, and in particular on the north African economie based on energy revenues; And this is after the crisis turned form a health crisis to a global economic crisis, as countries resorted to large-scale closures in the economy. This study aims to stand on the economic impact of the Corona pandemic on North African countries with a focus on the case of Alégeria and highlight the efforts made to contain the epidemic, and focus on the energy sector, whose incomes have fallen by half, and as it is the most important resource that Algeria relies on to finance its budget, the emerging Covid-19 crisis revealed a flaw it is clear in structuring the national economy based on oil rents. One of the most important results that have been reached is working to reform the health care system in Algeria, as the Corona pandemic has revealed the limited capabilities on the one hand, and on the other hand, work on embodying the new economic growth model 2030 aimed at creating urgent economic revenues in the event of various crises.
