Résumé: This study aimed to measure the contribution of the Balanced Scorecard to improving financial performance, by highlighting the importance of financial performance and identifying the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for measuring and evaluating the performance of the institution, and trying to evaluate the financial performance of the Mobilis Corporation using this card through a case study. The most important findings of this study are that the institutions' reliance on traditional methods for measuring their financial performance is no longer sufficient, and that the balanced scorecard is an important tool for measuring performance, and that the institution's reliance on the financial axis of the balanced scorecard enables it to measure the extent to which the balanced scorecard has been achieved. its financial objectives and strategy
