مسألة الرقيق السوداني في بلاد المغرب خلال القرن 10ه/16م

Résumé: نحاول في هذه المقالة أن نسلط الضوء على إحدى النوازل الفقهية التي كانت محل مراسلات علمية بين الفقيهين: سعيد قدورة الجزائري وأحمد بابا التمبكتي حول مسألة الرقيق السوداني المجلوب إلى بلاد المغرب خلال القرن 10ه:/16م. إن قيام الفقيه أبي سعيد قدورة الجزائري بطرح هذه النازلة من أجل محاولة فهم موقف المشرِّع المالكي من القضية لمن الأمور التي تؤدي بنا كمؤرخين إلى ضرورة القيام بقراءة تاريخية تحليلية متأنية لهذا النص النوازلي قصد الوصول في النهاية إلى أهم الإسقاطات والدلالات التاريخية لهذه النازلة على مجتمع ومجال المغرب الأوسط خلال ق 10/16م. In this article, we try to shed light on one of the jurisprudential issues that were the subject of scientific correspondence between the jurist Said Qaddoura Al-Jazaery and Ahmed Baba Al-Timbukti on the issue of Sudanese slaves who were brought to the countries of the middle maghreb during the 10 century AH / 16 century AD. The fact that the jurist Abu Saeed Qaddoura al-Jazaery raised this issue to understand the position of the Maliki legislator on this issue leads us as historians to the necessity of a historical and analytical reading of this text in order to reach it. . In the end, the most important projections and historical effects of this text on the society and countries of the middle maghreb during the 10 century AH / 16 century AD.
