فقه الأولويات في القرآن الكريم

Résumé: إن إحياء فقه الموازنات بين المصالح والمفاسد، وتجديده علما وعملا في هذا الزمان ضروري للدعوة وللدعاة وللقادة وصناع القرار، حيث تختلط الحسنات بالسيئات وتزدحم المصالح بالمفاسد مما يوقع العاملين في حقل الدعوة في اشتباه واختلاف، فمن الناس من ينظر إلى الحسنات فيرجح جانبها، وإن تضمن هذا الجانب سيئات عظيمة، ومنهم من ينظر إلى السيئات فيرجح جانبها، وإن أفضى إلى ترك حسنات عظيمة. إذن ما هو فقه الموازنات؟ وفيما تكمن أهمية فقه الموازنات في تنظيم المجتمع؟، وكيف ساهم القرءان الكريم في ترتيب الأولويات وتقديمها وتأخيرها وترجيح بعضها على البعض؟ أردنا في هذا البحث أن نعالج فقه الموازنات من الدراسة المصطلحية، وحاجة الأمة إلى هذا الفقه الرشيد، ومشروعية فقه الموازنات، وأهم الأولويات التي تضمنها القرءان الكريم. In this research, we wanted to address the jurisprudence of the variables of the term study, the need of the Ummah for this jurisprudence, the legitimacy of the jurisprudence of budgets, and the most important priorities contained in the Holy Qur'an.
