النزاع حول النفط في نيجيريا وتداعياته على الأمن الإقليمي في منطقة غرب إفريقيا

Résumé: ناقشت الأطروحة فرضية الترابط السببي بين وفرة النفط في نيجيريا وتنامي النزاع داخلياً وانتشار العنف إقليمياً، وذلك من خلال دراسة الأطر النظرية والميكانيزمات المفسرة للعلاقة الترابطية بين النفط والنزاع، كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على كيف تأثير الخصائص المادية والإجتماعية للمورد على ديناميكيات النزاع ورصد مجموعة العوامل البنيوية المساهمة في تشَكل النزاع حول النفط في نيجيريا في بعدها السياسي، الإقتصادي، الإثني والبيئي. حددت الدراسة أهم مراحل تفاقم النزاع حول النفط في نيجيريا من تشكل مدركات النزاع، إلى فترة التعبئة الشعبية وتبني خطاب المظالم وأخيراً بفترة التمرد والجشع، كما حددت الدراسة أهم أطراف النزاع مصالحهم، مواقفهم وسلوكهم منذ المرحلة الإستعمارية. في الأخير سلطت الدراسة الضوء على الأبعاد الإقليمية للعنف الداخلي في منطقة دلتا النيجر عبر رصد أهم مؤشرات العدوى النزاعية الإقليمية للنزاع الداخلي في دلتا النيجر، وقد حددت أهم التداعيات الإقليمية للنزاع من خلال انتشار العنف البحري وصعود النزعة الإنفصالية في منطقة غرب إفريقيا. La thèseaexaminél'hypothèse d'un lien de causalité entre l'abondance du pétrole au Nigéria et la croissance des conflits internes et la propagation de la violence au niveaurégional, enétudiant les cadres théoriques et les mécanismes qui expliquent la relation interconnectée entre le pétrole et les conflits. Le Nigeria estfaçonné dans ses dimensions politique, économique, ethnique et environnementale. L'étudeaidentifié les étapes les plus importantes de l'exacerbation du conflitpétrolier au Nigeria, depuis la formation des perceptions du conflit, jusqu'à la période de mobilisationpopulaire et l'adoption du discours de doléances, et enfin la période de rébellion et de avidité. Enfin, l'étude met en lumière les dimensions régionales de la violence interne dans la région du delta du Niger en surveillant les indicateurs les plus importants de la contagion du conflitrégional au conflit interne dans le delta du Niger. La thèseaidentifié les répercussionsrégionales les plus importantes du conflit à travers la propagation de la violence maritime et la montée du séparatismeen Afrique de l'Ouest. The thesis discusses the causal linkage between the abundance of oil in Nigeria, the internally growing conflict and the spread of violence regionally, through the analysis of theoretical frameworks and mechanisms that explain the interrelationship between oil and conflict. Furthermore, the study sheds light on how the physical and social characteristics of the resource affect the dynamics of the internal conflict and monitors a set of structural factors contributing to the formation of the conflict over oil in Nigeria in its political, economic, ethnic, and environmental dimensions. The study identifies the most important stages of the exacerbation of the conflict over oil in Nigeria, from the formation of perceptions to the period of popular mobilization and the adoption of grievances discourse, and the stage of rebellion and greed. Finally, the study highlights the regional dimensions of internal conflict in the Niger Delta region by explaining the most significant indicators of regional conflict contagion. It has identified the most important regional repercussions of the conflict through the spread of maritime violence and the rise of separatism in West Africa.
