أثر نظم المعلومات في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات –دراسة حالة شركات الإسمنت الغرب الجزائري-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أثر نظم المعلومات بأبعاد فعاليتها (جودة نظام المعلومات، جودة المعلومات، جودة خدمات نظم المعلومات، الإستخدام، رضا المستخدم) في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات بمبادئها(الإفصاح والشفافية، مسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة، العدالة، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، احترام أصحاب المصالح المعنية، الانضباط) لدى شركات الإسمنت الغرب الجزائري، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة قصدية قوامها 121 من المستخدمين النهائيين لنظم المعلومات، ولاختبار نموذج الدراسة تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي أموس(AMOS. Version22)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظم المعلومات تؤثر في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات بوجود مسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة والعدالة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية وعليه سارت تقييمات الأثر في اتجاهين الأول أثر مباشر ومع باقي المبادئ أثر غير مباشر. This study aims to discuss the impact of information systems, and it its effectiveness dimensions that include (system quality, information quality, service quality, utilization, user satisfaction), on enacting corporate governance and its principles which consists of (disclosure and transparency, board responsibilities, equity, social responsibility, respect for shareholders, punctuality) this study is performed within The Cement Organizations in the West of Algeria. The proposal is based on a descriptive and analytical approach. The research is conducted on a sample of 121 of end users of this information system. In order to test the model our proposal, data were analyzed using structural equations modeling via « AMOS version.22 ». The results obtained indicate that the information systems have a very big impact in corporate governance with the presence of board responsibilities, equity and social responsibility. Taking into account that the impact of evaluation had two directions, one direct and another indirect on the rest of the principles.
