Résumé: ملخص : جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبحث و تناقش أهم التحولات و التغيرات التي أدت بالتحول التركي الاستراتيجي تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط، هذا التوجه الذي كان محسوما في السابق للغرب، غير أن نهاية الحرب الباردة شكلت منعطف هاما في سياسة تركيا الخارجية، بحيث ادرك صانع القرار التركي ما تحوزه تركيا من إمكانات، و في حال التوظيف الحسن لها سيجعلها تطمع لأن تكون اللاعب رقم واحد في منطقة تعاني أزمات سياسية حادة و تشهد تكالب القوى دولية عليها، هذا الأمر الذي سيمكنها مستقبلا أيضا بأن تفرض نفسها كقوى إقليمية صاعدة في أي ترتيبات إقليمية مستجدة.
