دور العامل الاقتصادي في إعادة بناء مشروع المغرب لعربي

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على البعد الاقتصادي ودوره في إعادة بناء إتحاد المغرب العربي، الذي عرف جمودا مطلقا منذ أكثر من 27 عاما بسبب العديد من الصعوبات التي اعترضته، والتي تعيق عملية إعادة البناء وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على التكامل الاقتصادي المغاربي كمشروع أساسي للنهوض بالوحدة المغاربية بعد فشل التكامل السياسي. والهدف من هذه الدراسة للبحث في كيفية استغلال وتوظيف البعد الاقتصادي في إعادة بلورة وإحياء مشروع التكامل المغاربي، لما لهذا الأخير من أهمية في ظل تزايد عدد التكتلات الاقتصادية الإقليمية والتحديات التي يفرضها النظام الإقتصادي العالمي الجديد بالانتظام في شكل تكتلات إقليمية، تتيح لأعضائها الازدهار والتقدم وتعمق العلاقات التجارية، ولهاذا فمن الضروري إيجاد سبل وآليات بناء التكامل الاقتصادي المغاربي، وتحويل الاتفاقيات المبرمة إلى واقع عملي. : This study seeks the focus of the economic dimension and its role in rebuilding the Arab Maghreb Union, which has been in complete stalemate for more than 27 years due to the many encountered difficulties, which hindered the rebuilding process. This study highlights Maghreb economic integration as a basic project for the advancement of Magharebia unity, after the failure of political integration. The aim of this study is to research how to exploit, and employ the economic dimension in recrystallisation, and reviving the Maghreb integration project, because of the importance of this latter, and due of the increasing number of regional economic blocs, and the challenges posed by the new global economic order to be organized in the form of regional blocs that allow their members to prosper, progress and deepen relations. Therefore, it is necessary to find ways and mechanisms to build Maghreb economic integration, and to convert the concluded agreements into a practical reality.
