"دور السياسة المالية في عملية التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية لحالة الجزائر للفترة 2001-2018 "

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في اثر السياسة المالية في تنويع الاقتصاد خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2018 التي تمثل فترة برامج واستراتيجيات التنمية الاقتصادية المخصصة لإنعاش الاقتصاد وتنويع مصادر الدخل الوطني، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الدولة بالعديد من التعديلات في قوانين وإجراءات السياسة المالية لتوجيهها لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي و لقد تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى مختلف الجوانب النظرية المتعلقة بالسياسة المالية والتنويع الاقتصادي بالإضافة إلى دراسة مختلف إجراءات السياسة المالية الهادفة للتنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر ثم تطرقنا لتحليل انعكاس إجراءات السياسة المالية على مؤشرات التنويع الاقتصادي وفي الأخير تم استعراض أهم الآليات التي تمكن السياسة المالية من تفعيل أدواتها لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة المالية في الجزائر لم تؤدي إلى تحقيق تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري. ""This study aims to research the impact of fiscal policy on diversifying the economy outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria during the period 2001-2018, which represents the period of economic development programs and strategies dedicated to reviving the economy and diversifying sources of national income. To achieve economic diversification, this study has addressed various theoretical aspects related to financial policy and economic diversification, in addition to studying various financial policy measures aimed at economic diversification in Algeria. Then we analyzed the reflection of financial policy measures on indicators of economic diversification. Finally, the most important mechanisms that enable Fiscal policy from activating its tools to achieve economic diversification The study concluded that the financial policy in Algeria did not lead to the diversification of the Algerian economy.
