العولمة بين الرّفض المطلق والاستسلام التّام

Résumé: يشهد العالم الكثير من التغيرات في شتى المجالات بجانبيها التطبيقي والنظري هذا الأخير شكل فيه جانب مصطلح العولمة جدلا كبيرا لما لقي من تعدد للمفاهيم و المصطلحات في مختلف جوانب حياة الإنسان إذ عملت العولة على إلغاء الحدود بين المجتمعات مع تغيير النمطية السائدة في التفكير البشري، فكثر الحديث في زمننا عن ظاهرة العولمة واختلفت الآراء حول مفهومها وأبعادها، وعقدت المؤتمرات لمناقشتها وتنوعت المواقف تجاهها فهذا مؤيد لها والآخر رافض إياها وثالث اتخذ من الأمور أوسطها، فهل يمكن إذن لمصطلح العولمة أن يثير كل هذه الزوبعة الفكرية التي لازالت رحاها تدور؟ هل العولمة سلبية لدرجة رفضها مطلقا؟ أم أنها إيجابية يجب اتباعها واللحاق بركبها؟ أم أنها كلمة حق أريد بها باطل؟ Abstract: The world is witnessing many changes in various domains in their both practical and theoretical sides. Concerning last one, there was a great conflict about the term of globalization because of the diversity in notions and terms in the different parts of human life. Globalization has canceled societies frontiers.bBesides, it has changed the prevailing typical human thought.So, there was much talk nowadays about globalization phenomenon, and opinions have diversified about its definition and aspects. And conferences were held to discuss it.Thus,there were three categories: the first was for it, the second was against it, the third one chose the middle opinion. So, can the term of globalization trigger this intellectual storm which still exists? Is globalization so bad that we reject it totally? Or is it good and we should follow it and reach the community.
