تطبيق بنود مواصفة الايزو 26000 لتشجيع المؤسسات الجزائرية على تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق للمفاهيم النظرية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وواقع تبنيها بالمؤسسات الجزائرية، ومحاولة التعرف على المواصفة الدولية الايزو 26000 ووضعية تطبيقها بالمؤسسات الجزائرية، وإبراز العلاقة بين تطبيق بنود المواصفة وتبني المؤسسات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى المساهمة الفعالة لمواصفة الايزو 26000 في تشجيع المؤسسات الجزائرية على تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال فهم وتطبيق بنودها. This study aims to address the theoretical concepts of social responsibility and the reality of it adoptation in the algerians organisations, and try to identify the international standard ISO 26000 and it application in the algerians organisations, and highlight the relation between the application of ISO 26000 and adoption of social responsibility. The study concluced the effective contribution of ISO 26000 in encouraging the algerians organisations to adopt social responsibility through the understanding and application of it its items.
