Résumé: ملخص: أحد الدروس المستفادة من جائحة كوفيد 19، هو ضرورة توجه الجزائر نحو رقمنة الاقتصاد مستقبلا. سيؤدي التحول إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي إلى تغير كبير في هيكل سوق العمل لما يتطلبه من يد عاملة ذات مؤهلات مرتبطة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات . يهدف هذا البحث الى محاولة إظهار طبيعة هذه التغيرات في سوق العمل، ومتطلبات تكييف سوق العمل في الجزائر لمواجهتها. تم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي. من نتائج البحث أنه ينبغي على الجزائر تبني سياسة وطنية لتنمية المهارات الرقمية للوافدين الجدد لسوق العمل، من خلال التحديث المستمر للمناهج التعليمة واستحداث آلية لرصد التغيرات في سوق العمل. Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic teaches lessons about the necessity to develop the digital economy next years in Algeria. Digitalization will result in raising the demand for new ICT skills in the labor market. This paper focuses on the ways digitalization changes the labor market skills. Was used descriptive and analytical approaches. our findings indicate that for responding to labor market challenges in the digital economy, Algeria would require to adopt policies to develop digital skills among new entrants in the labor market, through a regularly update curricula teach, and establishment of a mechanism to monitor labor market changes.
