دراسة تحليلية لتنافسية الاقتصاد السوري

Résumé: ملخص في ظل التطورات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم من عولمة واندماج نحو الاقتصاد العالمي والتطورات الكبيرة في تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات أخذ مفهوم التنافسية يحظى باهتمام واسع، وعليه فقد أخذت الدول النامية منها والعربية تهيئ نفسها للتوائم وهذه التطورات لأجل الاستفادة من مزاياها خاصة بانتهاج سياسات وإصلاحات تهيئ بيئتها الاقتصادية المناسبة لتعزيز قدراتها التنافسية في عالم مفتوح أمام التجارة وأمام الاستثمارات الأجنبية. تهدف هذا الورقة لإبراز الجهود التي بذلتها وتبذلها سورية للنهوض بقدراتها التنافسية، وكذلك معرفة موقع سورية ضمن مؤشرات التنافسية الدولية. Abstract In light of the rapid developments taking place in the world of globalization and integration towards the global economy and major developments in information and communications technology to take the concept of competitive widely watched, and it has taken developing countries, including Arab and positioning themselves for the Twins, and these developments in order to benefit from its advantages, especially by pursuing policies and reforms that create habitat suitable economic to enhance their competitiveness in the world is open to trade and foreign investment. This paper aims to highlight the efforts made by Syria and efforts to promote competitive capabilities, as well as the knowledge of Syria's position within the international competitiveness indicators
