Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحيثة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية من خلال نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الإقتصادية ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وإجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات بتبسة من خلال توزيع إستمارة بحثية على عينة من العاملين تتضمن عبارات متعلقة بأبعاد كل من متغيري الدراسة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات تعتمد على نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية بشكل أساسي في تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية خاصة في مجال تخطيط الموارد البشرية وتطوير الكفاءات، في حين أنها لا تعتمد بشكل كبير عليه في مراقبة المسار المهني للعاملين بيها. This research paper aims to know the reality of the application of electronic management through the human resources information system in economic institutions, and to achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. And conducting an applied study at the level of the Tebessa Phosphate Mines Corporation by distributing a research form to a sample of workers that includes phrases related to the dimensions of each of the study variables. The results concluded that the Phosphate Mines Corporation relies on the human resources information system primarily in the application of electronic management of human resources, especially in the field of human resources planning and competency development, While it does not rely heavily on it to monitor the career path of its employees.
