مساهمة الجباية البيئية في التقليل من التلوث البيئي – السويد أنموذجا
Résumé: كون الاهتمام بقضايا البيئة أصبح من أهم التحديات والرهانات التي تسعى الدول إلى تحقيقها، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص التجربة السويدية في مجال الجباية البيئية ومساهمتها في التقليل من التلوث البيئي وحماية البيئة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الدولة أثبتت نجاحها في استخدام الضرائب والرسوم البيئية كأداة اقتصادية فعالة في مكافحة التلوث البيئي والتحفيز على الإنتاج الأنظف وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة فهي من دول الاتحاد الأوروبي الرائدة في تطبيق الجباية البيئية. Attention to environmental issues has become one of the most important challenges and stakes that countries are seeking to achieve, this study aims to diagnose Sweden's experience in environmental collection and its contribution to reducing environmental pollution and protecting the environment. The study found that this country has proven successful in using environmental taxes as an effective economic tool in combating environmental pollution, stimulating cleaner production and achieving sustainable development, as it is one of the European Union's leading countries in applying environmental levies.
